Surrette Battery Company Limited has been one of North America's leading lead-acid battery manufacturers since 1935. Surrette is the Nation’s only remaining independent battery manufacturer. Surrette 4000 Series

The series 4000 system of batteries, manufactured specifically for solar and other renewable energy applications, are designed to offer up to offer up to 10 years of life. Each battery cell has increased liquid reserve levels resulting in fewer watering intervals.

The Surrette S460

Deep cycle, flooded lead antimony battery features a high cycle life, thick plate, with a large liquid reserve. This battery is heavier than it's comparable model, the L-16, and is unsurpassed in reliability. The model S460 is a six volt battery with a capacity of 350 amp hours, using thick lead alloy flag terminals for 5/16 in. bolts and packaged in a structural ribbon molded container with lifting rope handles.

The Surrette S530

Surrette 5000 Series

Industrial quality available in a wide range of configurations, the 5000 series is excellent for large systems because multiple strings can be eliminated. Generally the fewer the strings the better, so larger systems should use cells with more amp-hours. Designed to offer up to 15-20 years of life. thanks in part to their "Non-Breakable" Dual Container (Modular) Construction.
